Abstract :
This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and mental accounting on financial management by taking a sample of 152 millennial generations in the city of Surabaya as respondents. The
analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression. Data was collected by questionnaire using purposive sampling and convenience
sampling techniques. The results of this research show that financial inclusion and mental accounting have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, financial literacy does not have a significant effect on the financial management of the
millennial generation in Surabaya. The implication of this research is that the higher the millennial generation's understanding of basic financial knowledge and concepts, it does not affect the millennial generation's ability to manage their finances well and wisely.
