Abstract :
This study aims to examine the influence of Traditional Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. The research was conducted through a survey of 32 employees of PT Pandungo Mitra Utama to test the examined relationships. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant partial relationship between transformational leadership style, work environment, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT Pandungo Mitra Utama. Positive evaluations of job characteristics form the basis for employee commitment, both professionally and towards the organization as a whole. This conclusion provides crucial insights into efforts to enhance employee commitment through improving job satisfaction in this company.
