Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the financial condition of MSMEs in Driyorejo Gresik District with financial planning as an intervening variable. The factors used in this research are education level, application of accounting information systems, and financial literacy. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data which is then measured using an interval scale. The population in this study are MSMEs who operate in Driyorejo. The sampling technique for taking samples uses purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained was 50 samples. This research data was collected using a questionnaire which will then be analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this research show that the level of education has a negative effect on financial planning for MSMEs in Driyorejo District. The application of accounting information systems and financial literacy has a positive effect on financial planning for MSMEs in Driyorejo District. Financial planning has a positive effect on the financial condition of MSMEs in Driyorejo District.
