Abstract :
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of the accounting information system, ease of use and the quality of mobile banking security on BCA bank customer satisfaction. The sample in this study were students who used the BCA mobile banking application from 10 campuses in Surabaya with a total sample of 109 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire distributed online. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The test tool used is SPSS. The research results show that the quality of the accounting information system, ease of use and security quality of mobile banking have a significant positive effect on BCA bank customer satisfaction.
