Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxation knowledge, interests and perceptions of students on career choices in taxation. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were active students at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas (UHWP), Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur (UPNVJ), Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA). The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 120 respondents, then the data obtained was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that taxation knowledge has no effect on career choices in taxation. Interest affects the choice of a career in taxation. Perception affects the choice of a career in taxation.
