Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of Digital Leadership on
employee performance mediated by employee creativity and employee innovative work behavior. The population in this study were employees of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square which was processed with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.The results showed that Digital Leadership significantly had a positive influence on employee creativity. while creativity and innovative work behavior mediate the influence of Digital Leadership on Employee Performance.
