Abstract :
This research was conducted to determine the influence of job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation, and relationships with collegues on employee turnover intention in Bojonegoro Regency companies. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees at Bojonegoro Regency Companies. This research uses a purposive sampling method with research sample criteria using employees who work at Bojonegoro Regency Companies. The sample used was 130 respondents. The data in this research was processed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research state that: 1) Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bojonegoro Regency Companies; 2) Intrinsic motivation has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at
Bojonegoro Regency Companies; 3) Relationships with collegues have a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bojonegoro Regency Companies.
