Abstract :
Overconfidence, risk perception, and attitude are key factors in investmentdecisions making of entrepreneurs. The Purpose of this research is to examine the effect of overconfidence, risk perception on decision making. In addition, test overconfidence, risk perception, and attitudes as an intervening variable.The sample in this research were 150 respondents, only 110 respondents are valid. Population of the study is entrepreneurs who has a business in Sidoarjo and have running the business at least three years. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using GSCA.The results of this study is that overconfidence, risk perception and attitudes affect the investment decisions of the entrepreneurs. The results are supporting previous studies, which mentioned that overconfidence, risk perception and attitudes affect the investment decision of the entrepreneur. However, these results may occur because of differences in the characteristics of survey respondents significantly with previous theoretical results are used as a reference as making the research hypothesis
