Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to return the stock to the companies that are listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The dependent variable in this research is the stock return. The independent variables used are Good Corporate Governance and Financial Ratios. The Analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression. This research using a sample companies with criteria that include shares were stable for three consecutive years are listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Good Corporate Governance variables measured through managerial and institutional ownership. Managerial ownership influence on stock returns.While no significant effect of institutional ownership on stock return. In testing research using Financial Ratios variable had no effect on rate of return on stocks.Many factors that influence this research include the indonesian economy condition in the early period of observation going on inflation. so it does not contribute to the financial ratios in stock retun.
