Abstract :
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Person Organizational Fit on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by exploring the role of Organizational Commitment as a mediator in the research. The research involved 100 respondents, namely Millennial Generation employees at companies in East Java. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1-5 and data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, which is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this research indicate that person organizational fit as an independent variable can positively and significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior as a dependent variable with the mediation of organizational commitment.
