Abstract :
The aims of this research to find interdependency relationships among dividend policy, financial leverage policy and investment policy based on pecking order theory testing. Research object is manufacturing companies which listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2007-2012 especially in Kompas 100 Index. Given the influence among third the variable hence will know what is there are interdependency among the variable and what its influence to company in period 2007-2012 related to company financial decision. Result of this research shows there is interdependency among dividend policy and investment but not on financial leverage. This result is support on pecking order theory.
