Abstract :
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance on Job Performance with the mediating role of the Psychological Well-Being variable among employees at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Gresik. This study is quantitative one as it utilizes a questionnaire distributed to 115 respondents selected through a total sampling method. The data analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is the structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SEM-PLS program. The results show that Work-Life Balance has a direct and significant impact on Job Performance, Psychological Well-Being has a direct and significant impact on Job Performance, Work-Life Balance has a direct and significant impact on Psychological Well-Being, and Psychological Well-Being mediates the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Job Performance at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Gresik.
