Abstract :
The covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the economy in Indonesia. The pandemic hamopered comunity activites and cause business competition become increasingly competitive, causing many companies to experience financial distress. This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and firm size on financial distress in non- primary consumer goods companies (consumer cyclical) listed on Indonesia Stock Ecxchange. The method use in this study is the doumentation method using secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis. The result of this study state that sales growth has a negative effect on financial distress, managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on financial distress, firm size has a negative effect on financial distress.
