Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of E-service Quality, E-satisfaction, E-trust, E-loyalty OLX Autos in Surabaya. The sampling technique uses in this study uses convenience sampling. Data collection techniques used an online questionnaire by distributing 110 samples in Surabaya. The independent variable is E-service quality, variable depends on the E-loyalty, the E-satisfaction and E-trust as mediation variable. The result of this study are E-service quality has a significant effect on E-satisfaction, E-service quality has a significant effect on E-trust, E-satisfaction has a significant effect on E-loyalty, E-trust has a significant effect on E-loyalty, and E-satisfaction has a significant effect on E-trust. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and statiscal using WARP PLS. Key words: E-service Quality, E-satisfaction, E-trust, E-loyalty
