Abstract :
Consumer loyalty is a deeply held decision to buy or use a product they like continuously. This research aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction in the Aiola Eatry study in Surabaya. The sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents who were taken using questionnaires. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected is then processed using the Smart PLS application. The research results show that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Companies need to set prices and improve service quality to retain their customers. Apart from that, companies may also be able to pay attention to other factors such as promotions and discounts that can attract customers and influence customers to continue using the company's products.
