Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, activities, and company SIZE on stock prices. The sampling technique used purposive sampling 111 data from property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 ? 2022. Data analysis technique used was statistical descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that profitability, and company SIZE have an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, solvency and activities have no effect on stock prices.
