Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Competence on employee performance. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 52 respondents of Al-Zahra Sea Shipload Expedition Company employees. The analysis technique used in the research is Smart PLS. The results showed that Work Discipline and Competence have an influence on Employee Performance, but Compensation does not affect employee performance.
