Abstract :
This research aims to find out and understand implementation of the Balanced Scorecard as a tool for measuring Home performance Hajj Surabaya Regional General Hospital. This research is a type of research qualitative. Objects in this research is the Surabaya Hajj Regional General Hospital. Source of data collection using observation and documentation methods. The results of this research indicate that (1) the financial perspective in look at the indicators of revenue growth rate, operating ratio, profit operations and revenues show good performance (2) perspective customers are seen from indicators of patient acquisition, patient retention and patient satisfaction shows good performance (3) business process perspective internally, the hospital's innovation shows that its performance is good interns of service for customer satisfaction (4) learning perspective and growth is seen from indicators of employee retention, employee training and employee satisfaction shows that their performance is good.
