Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate the effect of design management and quality training on product design performance and process quality management in manufacturing companies from indonesia stock exchange in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. Based on these objectives, the methods of data collection in this study use a complete enumeration method to choose all into the sample manufacturing company from Indonesia stock exchange in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. The data consists of design management, quality training, product design performance and process quality management are obtained through questionnaires distributed to production manager, quality manager, marketing manager and finance manager at manufacturing companies located in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. The results showed that no influence of the design manajemen on product design performance and process quality management and there is effects of quality training on product design performance and process quality management.
