Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of imagery to customer satisfaction, to determine the significance of the influence of expectations on satisfaction, to determine the effect of satisfaction on loyalty significance Honda motorcycle users in Surabaya. Sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling method. Data were collected from 120 respondents. Respondents who have used Honda motorcycle for at least 1 year, in Surabaya. The method of analysis used in this study is a test Maximum Likelihood using AMOS program version 18.0. image has no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. customer expectations has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Keywords: image, expectations, satisfaction, loyalty.
