Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity, asset growth, company size, and asset structure of the capital structure on a manufacturing company on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with the time period of 2008-2012. The number of samples collected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange as much as 147 companies. Researchers using a purposive sampling techniques as sampling and get 85 companies as research samples. This research used multiple regression analysis to it?s analysis technique. The result of this research shows that negative impact profitability significantly to capital structure in accordance with the pecking order theory. Liquidity and asset growth is positive impact but not significant effect of capital structure. While the company size and asset structure is positive significant effect of capital structure.
