Abstract :
This study aims to investigate empirically the influence of corporate image and customer expectations on perceived quality and perceived value to the Samsung Android phone users in the city of Surabaya. This research is quantitative research using judgment sampling method in distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Respondents in this study were 130 to Samsung Android phone users. Collection of data derived from the results of the questionnaire directly to the Samsung Android phone users in the city of Surabaya. The method of analysis used in this study using test equipment SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Maximum Likelihood test using the program AMOS version 18.0 This study shows that some of the findings of the company's image Samsung Android phones are not significant to positive customer expectations. customer expectations significantly negatively affect the perceived quality and the final results of customer expectations Samsung Android phone does not significant negatively to perceived value.
