Abstract :
Welfare in the complete something longed for task is for everybody. Seen from attitide and the act of nearly every individual to sought to raise revenue by various means to set aside the income produced during work. See the importence, pension fund everyone must wanted to have peace and life quality in old age. Its is related to everyone in the management expertise pension. The individuals responsible for their own financial security after retirement. This research only focused on future orientation financial literacy and knowledge as a measure that affected attitudes and behavior in surabaya pension fund management family. An instrument used in this research is a questionnaire methods. A questionnaire conceived of as guide interview for digging financial knowledge and confirming financial management to be measured. Samples used is convinience sampling income, or family income couples located in surabaya. Respondents manage finance family income rp.2.000.000, with minimal -- per month. This research involving 298 respondents. Keyword : future orientation, financial knowledge, attitude financial, and retirement planning
