Abstract :
Human resource development activities can be achieved by training to employees. Training activities are
also intended to reduce the resource gap of the company?s human resources expected by the company.
Performance of employees do not reach the standard can be influenced by factors training consists of the
contents of training materials, training facilities, trainers and training methods. The purpose of this study
was to examine the effect of simultaneous, partial and dominant among the determinants of the success of
the training on performance. This research is explanatory research. Source of data using primary data
drawn from questionnaires distributed to 81 respondents, consisting of the Sales Representatif Merchant
training. Analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis. Results from this study that there are
significant simultaneously and partially between the determinants of the success of training with
performance. Critical success factors are most influential training is the content of the training material.
