Abstract :
This thesis is entitled Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Community Development Program in PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA Tbk. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine which standards used by TELKOM in implementing CSR program and have TELKOM heed these standards in implementation of CSR program. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The author evaluates CSR program that conducted by TELKOM and tries to descript which standards are used by TELKOM in reporting its CSR program on Sustainability Report. The author interviews special Division who handling CSR, and participates directly in one of activities of CSR to evaluate the activity. Furthermore, the author examines how TELKOM?s CSR program implementation as well as fund is used and how equitably these funds used by viewing the Sustainability Report. From these result it can be concluded that there are some standards that are used by TELKOM in embodiment CSR program. ISO 26000 is used in carrying out the CSR program and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is used in reporting Sustainability Report. Overall it can be said that TELKOM is good at doing their CSR program. It can be seen from the implementation of TELKOM CSR programs systematically and organizing as well as in increasing of CSR?s funds from year to year.
