Abstract :
The purpose of this study is analyze the influence of CSR on corporate reputation at Bank BCA; and also to analyze the influence CSR on consumer trust. The design of this study is used causal research. The population in this study is BCA customers in Surabaya. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this study was conducted by questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) programs. The results of this research show that the CSR variable has a positive influence significant on corporate reputation; corporate reputation variable has positive influence on customer trust; and the CSR has positive influence on customer trust.
