Abstract :
This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, growth in profitability and liquidity to policy dividends. Company data is in use 9 automotive firms in 2006 until 2011. The method of analysis of this research used multi regression. This analysis using SPSS version 16.00. Analysis of the study found that profitability, growth profitability, and liquidity, simultaneously no significant effect on dividend policy, while managerial ownership have a significant effect on dividend policy.
