Abstract :
This study aimed to examine effect of cash flow, profitability, and inflation to stock return. Independent variable from this study is cash flow from operation, cash flow from investment, cash from financing, return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin, and inflation and stock return as dependent variable. This study using sample from real estate and property companies listed on Indonesian stock exchange period 2010 to 2014. Data used is secondary data. Samples were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Analysis of data using multiple linier regressions. The result of this study show that variable cash flow from operation, cash flow from investment, cash flow from financing, return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin and inflation simultaneously are significant influence to stock return. Partially return on equity have significant influence to stock return. Cash flow from operation, cash flow from investment, cash flow from financing, return on asset, net profit margin and inflation simultaneously are have not significant influence to stock return
