Abstract :
The problem of this research is the influence of financial performance simultaneously and partially have significant influence to Return On Equity (ROE) on Bank Headquartered in Surabaya. The aims of this research are to determine the level of significant from the influence of LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously and partially to Return On Equity (ROE) on Bank Headquartered in surabaya begun from his quarter at year 2011 until last quarter at year 2015. Sample in research are Bank Antardaerah, Bank Maspion Indonesia, and Bank Prima Master. This research uses secondary data which get from publication financial statements of Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and uses documentation method. The technique of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, AND FBIR simultaneously have significant infulence to Return On Equity (ROE). partially IRR have significant infulence to Return On Equity (ROE), but the other side happened to LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, BOPO, and FBIR which don't have significant infulence to Return On Equity (ROE). And the last result, dominant variable which influental to Return On Equity (ROE) is IRR
