Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the involvement of users information systems, capability of personnel technique information systems, organization size on the performance of SIA in Surabaya Syariah Banks. This research is quantitative descriptive. This sudy based on Luciana?s study (2007), Susilatri?s study (2010) and Rizki Respati?s study (2013). The population in this study is the accounting information systems users in Surabaya Syariah Banks.the samples in this study were users of accounting information systems in four syariah banks, namely BTN Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Jatim Syariah, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive random sampling. Theanalysis method of reseacrh comprises influence test using multiple linear regression technique of analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this study concluded thatindependent variables: the involvement of users information systems, capability of personnel technique information systems and organization size haven?t significant effect towards performance of AIS (Accounting Information Systems) as dependent variable in Surabaya Syariah Banks.
