Abstract :
Getting the maximum profit and increase wealth for shareholders is the main
objective of a company. A company is said to be good can be seen from the share
price looks high, ups and downs of the value of the company may be affected by
the ownership structure, good corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social
responsibility (CSR). The company's high value may indicate the amount of
wealth for shareholders. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of
ownership structure, good corporate governance and corporate social
responsibility to corporate value. The population used in this study is the
consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange
(BEI) 2012-2014. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive
sampling, so that the study sample in accordance with the criteria is 39
companies. Analysis of the data used in this research is the analysis Partial Least
Square (PLS). Results from this study indicate the ownership structure, good
corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility influence the value of
the company.
