Abstract :
The objective of this study is to examine the influence of competitive strategy, namely low cost strategy and differentiation strategy. This study take sample from 151 companies in the BEI and ICMD period 2008 until 2011. The method of analysis of this research used multi regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. Sampling use purposive sampling metho, Analysis instrument to process data in this study using SmartPLS version 2.0 M3. Model evaluation is done by assessing the PLS outer and inner models. The results of this study that : (1) supply chain had negative significant influence to firm performance (2) Supply Chain not strengthen ties with the competitive strategy of the Firm Performance (3) low cost strategy (competitive strategy) had positive significant to Firm Performance (4) differentiation strategy had positive significant influence to Firm Performance.
