Abstract :
Influence Profitability, Company Size, Structure Assets, Sales Growth, Public Ownership Structure on Capital Structure in Real Estate and property companies. The main objective of this study was to examine the influence of Profitability, Company Size, Structure Assets,Sales Growth and Public Ownership Structure Capital Structure. Population in this research is a Real Estate and Property listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2011. A total of 211 sample firms using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model. From the test results indicate that the Company Size, Structure Assets, Sales Growth, and Public Ownership Structure can not significantly affect the capital Structure.
