Abstract :
This study aimed to determine the financial reward, work accupation, personality,
professional recognition, professional training and labor market considerations for choosing
their career accounting students. Population in this study were students Perbanas and
STIESIA Surabaya. 157 respondents were used as samples by using purposive sampling
method and formula slovin. Research data obtained from questionnaires and were tested
using multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that financial rewards, work
environment and labor market considerations influence on career choice, while the
personality, professional recognition and professional training has no effect on career
choice.
