Abstract :
This research performed in PT. Bhirawa Steel have aims to identify and
analyzing measures that had done and expected from analysis result can be made of
valuable material inputs in arranging marketing strategy of PT. Bhirawa Steel.
Analysis of marketing strategy of this study using SWOT analysis, by
employing qualitative method research design, unit that observed in this
research are marketing strategy and SWOT analysis. Informants come from
representatives of department and customer retail. Informant represented
employees are 6 informants, while represented customer retail are 9
informants. Information related to marketing strategy gained from direct
interview result with all informants, doing field observation and collecting
secondary data exist in the company. The result of this research are marketing
strategy implementation in PT. Bhirawa Steel already running good although
not 100% perfect. Management had tried to regulate marketing strategy to
be able increasing sales, and the important thing in the marketing strategy
implementation success is commitment from superior and marketing
manager, for correction and control marketing strategy against steel iron
product competition.
