Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to know and was analyse influence of ROA. Research Data was obtained from the publication of the financial statements of each national private conventional banks foreign exchange in Indonesia in 2011-2013. The number of samples as many as 14 national private commercial banks foreign exchange with the period 2011-2013 is drawn through purposive sampling. Analytical techniques used are statistical tests with test hypotheses using T-test and F-test, which had previously been performed classic assumption test first. The results showed that the independent variable which consists of ROA together do not affect significantly to the bank's profit growth over the level of significance of 0.05. The significant influence of individually ROA has no effect against the significant return stock.
