Abstract :
This study aimed to find out whether the internal factors that include financial ratios and good corporate governance as well as external factors ie inflation which it has caused financial distress. The sample used in this study is BUSN Non-Foreign Exchange in accordance with predetermined criteria during the two periods. Discriminant analysis used in the study to prove the accuracy in making predictions. The results obtained after testing there are five independent variables that influence significantly the variables LDR, ROE CAR, DD and SI, while as many as six independent variables were not significantly influence financial distress in BUSN Non-Foreign Exchange.
