Abstract :
Importance of the availability of funds is very influential in the survival and development of the company. Disclosure of a company financial information is an important aspect to expect profit. Purpose of this study is to see the influence of the financial statements and corporate characteristics on stock return. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2014. While the sample is determined quota sampling method. Analytical method used Partial Least Square with WarpPls version 5.0. The results showed that simultaneous financial statements have no effect on stock return andcorporate characteristics have effect on stock return. While partially affecting stock return that earnings, operating cash flow, cash flow financing, size corporate and ROE.Limitations in this study is only able to explain the influence of independent variable on the dependent variablejust 26 percent.
