Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate the effect of dividends per share, return on equity, and net profit margin to the stock price on mining companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia period 2013-2015. The population of this research is all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and continuously publish the financial statements in the period 2013-2015. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 12 companies. Based on t test showed that the Dividend Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices. Furthermore, variable Return On Equity showed no significant effect on stock prices. Based on t test variable Net Profit Margin no effect on stock prices.
