Abstract :
Employee performance is the result of work that was obtained by a company
employee that affect the development of the company. Employee performance will be effective
if supported by employee training, work motivation, working environment, leadership style
and employee compensation. Of the five related variables will determine a good performance
that will be generated by the company's employees
. The data obtained in this study are primary data is done by distributing some of the
questions in the questionnaire form. The respondents are employees of Bank BRI part
account officer (AO) Pamekasan Madura branch, as many as 57 employees account officer
(AO). The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee performance to
variable employee training, work motivation, work environment, leadership style, and
worker's compensation. From the research done has resulted in the conclusion that for the
variable job training and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. As
for the work environment, leadership style and employee compensation no significant
influence on employee performance.
