Abstract :
This is research aimed to examine the effect of CR, DER, ROA, and EPS on the stock prices, either simultaneously or partially, on its transport sector for the period 2012-2015. The sampling technique was selected by purposive sampling of 32 companies the transport sector into the research population and 9 companies were selected as sample. The data analyze technique used is normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing. The results of this research showed that simultaneous CR, DER, ROA, and EPS affect the price of shares in the transport sector in 2012-2015, and only partially EPS positive significant effect on stock prices, while CR, DER, and ROA had no significant effect the company's share price on the transport sector in 2012-2015.
