Abstract :
The objective of this study is to examine on the influence of firm size, sales growth, profitability, liquidity, dividen policy, structure of asset on capital structure. This research is an empirical study using multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this research is chemical industry companies which listed on Stock Exchange in 2011-2014 were taken using purposive sampling methods and get 50 annual report of 15 companies. The result of regression analysis for this study indicates that from independent variabel that used in this study, only profitability, liquidity, dividen policy, and structure of asset have an effect on capital structure, while firm size and sales growth has no effect.
