Abstract :
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the current ratio, debt to equity, return on assets, and earnings per share to the dividend payout ratio. The study population using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014.The number of samples in this study was 37 enterprise data qualifies as 148 samples of observation.Techniques in the study using purposive sampling. Data analysis consisted of descriptive and statistical analysis using SPSS version 17.0.The empirical test results show that the current ratio affect the dividend payout ratio and debt to equity affect the dividend payout ratio.
