Abstract :
Capital markets play an important role in supporting the economy of a country due to the capital market to function as an intermediary that connects those who need money with those who have excess funds . This study aims to determine the effect of ROA ( return on assets), ROE ( Return On Equity), ROS ( Return on Sales ), and EPS ( Earning Per Share), and on the price of food and beverage stock company that went public on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Year 2010 - 2012 . The p opulation in this study are all food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2010 - 2012 , while the sample is a food and beverage company that meets the criteria of the study in order to obtain as many as 18 companies in the sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and models . The study states that the return on assets , return on equity , return on sales , and earnings per share have a significant effect on stock prices. This means ROA , ROE , ROS dan EPS linked stock prices , so that the ratio of the fourth is also one one aspect that needs to be taken into account when investing in shares .
