Abstract :
This research aims to find out what are the factors considered for the retrieval decision acquirer acquires the target company. This research was conducted at a company that has joined has been running for at least five years. Selection of informants as sources of research based on purposive sampling method. This means that the selection of informants based on the characteristics and conditions that have been set previously. The goal is that researchers get the data in accordance with what is expected and right on target. Results of this research are many aspects that led to the acquisition. Business considerations into key points in making this decision. Acquirer think that the continuity of business enterprise is a major concern for all types of decisions. Followed by tax considerations, the benefits of technology, a synergy of resources and expansion of infrastructure companies as consideration for the acquisition of decision-making. If summarized, factor acquisition decision based on two factors, namely internal and external factors. Keyword : The Consideration, Value of Shares, Performance of The Company dan Value Creation.
