Abstract :
This research aims to know the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and recognition system of employee performance. Samples used are employees of the company operating the BRI. Independent variable used is the work motivation, job satisfaction, reward systems, and organizational commitment. The selected samples were processed using a purposive sampling method by spreading the questionnaire respondents 45 while returning only 35 questionnaire is then processed using SPSS 16.0 for windows help. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of a study on this research shows that job satisfaction, reward systems, and organizational commitment affect significantly to the performance of the employees and for the motivation of working have no effect on employee performance.
