Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to test the influence of compensation, motivation
and training of employees in the performance in the accounting department of
four star hotel in Surabaya. There are several factors that can affect the
performance of the employees. In general, the performance of employees believed
to be influenced by compensation, motivation and training, such performance will
ultimately have an impact on organizational performance. To determine whether
the compensation, motivation, and training have a significant effect on the
performance in the accounting department of four star hotel in Surabaya, the
research was conducted. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained
from the spread of kuesioner. Study sample as many as 39 people from
Singgasana Hotel and Crystal Tunjungan Hotel with census method. The method
that?s used in this study is the multiple linear regressions.The result from this
study that the variables that affect the employees performance in the accounting
department of four star hotel in Surabaya are variable compensation and
training. Variable compensation and training significantly influence employee
performance, while motivation was not significant effect on performance of
employees.
