Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to discover the factors that determine the performance of accounting information systems on the participation of users of accounting software, accounting software user satisfaction and user needs accounting software that is part of employees who work in companies and UKM are domiciled in Sidoarjo and Coarse sand. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate may increase the participation of users to use accounting software, is reflected in the ease of use is perceived by the user, so that according to the user?s perception in the use of the software user satisfaction and further improve the usability that users get according to the user?s perception. Keywords : User Participation, User Needs, User Satisfaction, Performance Systems.
