Abstract :
This research purpose is to examine factors which affect capital structure of manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research is manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2012. By purposive sampling method, sample is determined based on criteria: company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, company which has complete financial statement from 2007-2012, and company which has managerial, ownership. From those criteria, 250 samples are taken for this research. Analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The test result shows that simultaneously, firm size, business risk, assets growth, profitability, and managerial ownership affect the capital structure. Partially, firm size positively but not significantly affect the capital structure. Then business risk, assets growth, profitability, and managerial ownership negatively and not significantly affect the capital structure.
