Abstract :
This research have title ?The Influence of Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency, and Profitability toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks in Indonesia?. This research aims to analyze whether the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, ROA, and NIM have significant influence simultaneously to CAR on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks. The sample of this research are three banks, namely: Bank Internasional Indonesia, Bank OCBC NISP, and Bank UOB Indonesia. Data is secondary data and collecting data method in this research is collecting data from financial report of Devisa National Private Commercial Banks started from the first quarter period of 2008 until the second quarter period of 2013. The result of research shows that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, ROA, and NIM have significant influence simultaneously to CAR on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks. IPR partially have positif significant influence to CAR on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks. IRR and PDN partially have significant influence to CAR on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks. LDR, ROA, and NIM partially have positif unsignificant influence to CAR on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks. BOPO, APB, and NPL partially have negatif unsignificant influence to CAR on Devisa National Private Commercial Banks. Key words: Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency, Profitability, CAR.
